WSU Libraries Research Workshops


Every semester the WSU librarians offer classes for students, faculty, and staff on research and Internet-related topics. These classes consist of lectures and demonstrations, as well as time for hands-on practice.

Create Your Own Web Page
Learn how anyone can create a Web page! This is a class for those who want to create their first Web page. Basic HTML instruction will be given. Learn how to link pages, insert graphics, and add color. Everyone will come away from this class with a simple Web page. You will need a WSU UNIX account and PASSWORD to post your Web page on the World Wide Web. You can enroll online at the HRS Libraries Research Workshops Web page.

Finding and Getting Library Resources
This hands-on computer class will teach you how to effectively use the Griffin and Summit catalogs, as well as how to locate journal, newspaper and magazines articles. EndNote Web - Organizing your Research Just Got Easier!

Keeping Up and Keeping Track
