Intercollegiate Athletics - Basketball
Records and Films, 1958-1977
Washington State University Athletics Department sent these basketball
films and scorebooks to Manuscripts and Archives on July 14, 1982. Between
December 2 and 8, 1987, Harvey Young assembled and organized the records, and
prepared the descriptive listings.

ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY
Intercollegiate basketball has been played at Washington State University
since about 1900. The materials
here are largely from the 1960s and 1970s, during times the teams were
coached by Marv Harshman, Bob Greenwood,
and George Raveling.
ARRANGEMENT AND DESCRIPTION
The records consist of films and scorebooks, organized as two series.
Within each, records are chronological. Within the scorebooks, some volumes may contain both freshmen and varsity results, and that is noted parenthetically.
