- The files consist of agenda, minutes, correspondence, reports, blueprints, maps, and budget and finance records.
Organizational History:
In 1967 the University Architect's Office, established in 1948, became the Department of Facilities Planning. The Department oversees the planning and construction or remodeling of all facilities connected with Washington state University.
Scope and Content
The materials in this Archive are restricted to the use of authorized personnel only.
Arrangement
The Facilities Planning Office Files are arranged alphabetically in a single subject series. The files consist of agenda, minutes, correspondence, reports, blueprints, maps, and budget and finance records. A group of photographs has been removed from this collection and has been incorporated into the Historical Photograph Collection [PC 3: WSU Buildings].

The Facilities Planning Office files were transferred to Washington State University Libraries in August of 1983 (UA83-11), February of 1984 (UA84-05), and February of 1986 (UA86-06).
Processing Information
