Biography/History

Joe Johnson was a statewide equine and swine specialist for Washington State University Cooperative Extension in the 1950s and 1960s. He was largely responsible for establishing the 4-H equine program in Washington, and was well known throughout the state for his horse training clinics.

This collection consists of reports and other materials related to Cooperative Extension, mainly at Washington State University, collected by Joe Johnson.
