The Washington State University Libraries received these materials as gifts from three separate sources: Mr. and Mrs. Hal Hunt (date of gift unknown), Professor C. M. Brewster (1960), both originally cataloged as VF 385; and the United States Treasury Department (1912-1913), originally cataloged as VF 386. The three collections were merged and reprocessed in 2010.
