Trevor Bond

Trevor James Bond received his Master's in Information Science (MIS, 1998) with a specialization in Archives and Preservation Management and a Masters in Ancient History (MA,1996) at UCLA. His undergraduate degree (BA, 1992), earned at San Diego State University, is in Classics --Latin and Greek-- with a Minor in Art History.

In 1998, Mr. Bond joined the WSU Library faculty as Interim Manuscripts Librarian in Manuscripts, Archives and Special Collections. He is currently Special Collections Librarian for MASC. Before his arrival at WSU, Trevor Bond worked in the Department of Special Collections at the Getty Research Institute as a Senior Collections Cataloging Assistant and prior to that was awarded the 1998 Getty Graduate Internship in the Department of Special Collections. He also worked in the Department of Special Collections at UCLA to create a revised descriptive bibliography of the Ahmenson-Murphy Collection of the Aldine Press.

Mr. Bond provides specialized reference service in Manuscripts, Archives, and Special Collections for printed materials such as rare books and maps, as well the department's historical photograph collections.
