Biographical/Historical note
Merril Roush (1907-1986) and Ruth M. Roush (1905-1999) were the owners and operators of Roush Jewelry in Pullman, WA from 1954 to 1978. Roush Jewelry was a retail jewelry and watch repair store. Prior to moving to Pullman, Merril Roush served as a Pharmacist's Aide in the U.S. Navy Reserves during World War II.
Scope and Contents note
This collection contains business records of Roush Jewelry in Pullman, WA, including banking documents and a sample of invoices, bills, and other financial documents. It also includes personal papers of the owners, Ruth and Merril Roush.
