- This collection contains three book manuscripts by Virginia Paul. All three of the manuscripts were published as pictorial histories.
Biography/History
Virginia Paul served as the Administrative Secretary of the Washington State Beef Council in 1959, and published three pictorial histories on the Pacific Northwest: This Was Cattle Ranching, This Was Sheep Ranching, and the Homestead Cookbook.
Scope and Content
This collection contains three book manuscripts by Virginia Paul. All three of the manuscripts were published as pictorial histories. The manuscripts included in this collection are: This Was Cattle Ranching, published in 1973, This Was Sheep Ranching, and the Homestead Cookbook, both published in 1976. The manuscripts in this collection also contain editing notes made by Virginia Paul.
