The Franklin Gold Mining Company was a mining company in Spokane, Washington. The company was incorporated in December 1897.
Scope and Content
This collection consists of correspondence, mostly L. K. Armstrong, president, to J. T. Walsh, mine support; governance documents (articles of incorporation and by-laws); mining engineers' reports; purchase agreements and deeds of sale; miscellaneous stock documents; and company checkbooks of the Franklin Gold Mining Company.
