Biography/History

Ellery R. Fosdick (1900-1991), Electrical and Hydraulic Engineer and consultant, received his high school diploma from North Central High School in Spokane, WA, and his engineering degrees (B.S 1924, M.S. 1933) from Washington State University. Most of his professional work was focused in the area of public utility services, including the planning, design, construction and operation of hydroelectric generating plants and electric power systems.
