Salary Improvement Subcommittee (of the Library Faculty Affairs Committee)

Role:
To monitor, study, report on, and make recommendations on matters related to the salaries of WSU-Pullman librarians

Membership:
Three representative librarians, elected at-large (LFAC to solicit volunteers);
One representative from LFAC 
The representative members serve one year terms, starting July 1 each year.

Governance:  
The subcommittee will select its own chair and will meet regularly or as needed. The subcommittee will coordinate its activities with the Director of Libraries and various campus units, as warranted. The subcommittee will submit a written report to the LFAC every six months and is expected to solicit input from library colleagues using standard library procedure. The LFAC will evaluate and submit recommendations to library faculty for approval. The LFAC chair is expected to update library faculty on the Salary Improvement Subcommittee's activities on a regular basis
